Christmas In July

Today there was actually a garage sale on a Wednesday. I was lucky enough to find a new in the box Elf of Shelf with Book. They retail for $30 so this was a steal at $4.

Then I found these Old Navy shorts for me at Goodwill for $2.99.

Getting My Thrift On

So today I went to Goodwill and these were my finds.When I find quality name brand clothing in great shape for my kids in bigger size I pick buy them and store them for later.

Then a great find for my friend's little girl at Target. 18mo 3 piece just one year Pjs $3.60

Just A Little Bit

Here I am linking up a couple days late. I am still working on Organizing Junkie's 29 Day Challenge. Well sickness kicked my butt most of last week. But I am back to full strength and ready to make more progress. I worked on the closet and donated a bag of clothing. I moved the file boxes that where on the floor to the closet. I tagged most of the items that were sitting in my room for a consignment sale. So this week I am going to work on the piles I still have on the furniture. Also declutter some of the drawers. I am really happy with my progress so far.

Clutter is Making Me Crazy

Organizing Junkie has a 29 Day challenge going on and I am going to participate. I really do no want to post this for the world to see..... But I need the accountability. Its great knowing I am not the only one who has clutter. Even though at times it feels like it. I am going to start with the Master bedroom.

Our Vacation to California

We arrived in San Diego on the March fifth and we came home a week later. Our first stop was Sea World.



Next was the beautiful San Diego Zoo.






Then we walked around the San Diego Temple.






Next stop was Disneyland and California Adventure where we spent three days.

So yesterday I decided to take Miss Bugs pictures by the tree. Well she was not at all interested. She put on her sunglasses probaly to help protect her eyes from the flash. I turned on blues clues to distract her.

Rocking Around The Christmas Tree

Today the weather was nice like in the 50's in Woodland Park. We went to Pike National Forest. With permits in hand Mr. J cut down three trees one for us, one for my parents and one for his family. Bug enjoyed her first family tree cutting experience. Once she found out you can eat snow she kept on doing that. We look forward to making this a family tradition.
